We at TRI Community Exchange Inc have developed, maintain and update communityNet to:
- keep the community sector, government agencies and the broader community up to date with community sector news: local, state and national
- provide an online space for Interagencies and Forums to store documents
- make it easy to find the latest information through the free weekly e-news
- provide the non profit sector and government agencies with a free opportunity to promote services, events and employment vacancies
- provide the broader community with information about services, events and employment opportunities in the non government and government sector
We are committed to keep this valuable resource free for non profit organisations and government agencies - and that means cost-free, subscription-free and registration-free. We believe access to information is a right, not a privilege, and should be freely shared and distributed.
TRI receives no government funding for communityNet. If you access communityNet regularly, are a subscriber of the e-news and/or contribute content (i.e. employment vacancies, promotion of events) to the site, please consider supporting TRI. Whether you're an individual, organisation, government agency or a business, your donation will go directly towards maintaining, updating and expanding communityNet. Donations to TRI Community Exchange Inc do not qualify as deductible gifts under current Australian taxation laws; we do however value your support.
